Martin Creative Studio ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This page explains what personal data we collect through this website, why, and what rights you have over it.

Who is responsible for your data

Martin Creative Studio is the data controller for the personal data described below. You can reach us at hello@martincreative.studio for any privacy question or request.

What we collect

• Contact form submissions: the name, email address and message you choose to send us when you use the contact form.
• Basic site analytics: if enabled, aggregated, cookie-free visit statistics (pages viewed, approximate location, device type) used only to understand overall traffic. This does not identify you individually.

We do not use advertising trackers, third-party marketing pixels, or cross-site cookies on this website.

Why we process it

Contact form data is processed on the basis of your consent, given when you submit the form, in order to respond to your enquiry. Analytics data, where enabled, is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used.

How your message is handled

When you submit the contact form, your name, email and message are sent directly to our inbox by email (via the Resend email delivery service). We do not store form submissions in a database. Your message stays in our email inbox for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting business relationship, after which it is deleted in the ordinary course of inbox housekeeping.

Who we share data with

We use the following processors to run this website and handle enquiries:

• Cloudflare — website hosting, content delivery and (if enabled) privacy-focused analytics.
• Resend — delivers contact form submissions to our inbox by email.

We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone.

Cookies and local storage

This site does not use tracking cookies. We use your browser's sessionStorage only to remember, for the current browser tab, that you have already seen the intro animation — this is not shared with us and is not used for tracking.

Your rights

If you are in the EU/EEA (or another jurisdiction with similar protections), you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export the personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@martincreative.studio. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent change.
